The GP patient survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England.
The survey is sent out to over a million patients across the UK and allows those patients to show how they feel about their GP practice.
- It is good for patients and it allows them to share their experiences of using their practice
- It is good for practices, as GP practices can use the results to improve their patient experiences
- It is reliable as sound data for every practice in the country is available from the GP Patient Survey website
